Sign Up or Log In
To get started, visit https://whatsapp.voidfix.com — the official platform to manage your WhatsApp integration with VoidFix Gateway.
- Click on the “Sign Up” button if you’re a new user, or simply log in if you already have an account.
- Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to your personal dashboard where you can begin setting up your WhatsApp account. 💡 Tip: Make sure to use a valid email and strong password for better security.

Go to the "Host" Section and Add a WhatsApp Account
Once you're inside the dashboard:
- Navigate to the “Host” section from the left-hand sidebar.
- Click on the “Add Account” button.
- The system will now generate a unique QR code for your WhatsApp account — you’ll need this in the next step.

Link Your WhatsApp Device
Open the WhatsApp app on your phone and scan the QR code:
- Tap the menu icon (three dots) or go to Settings and select “Linked Devices.”
- Tap “Link a Device” and scan the QR code from your VoidFix dashboard.

Verify Connection
Go back to the VoidFix dashboard to confirm your WhatsApp is connected:
- Check the Host section to see your WhatsApp account listed.
- The status should display “Connected” or “Active.”

Start Messaging on WhatsApp
With your device connected, you can now start messaging:
- Go to the “Queue” tab in the dashboard.
- Send individual or bulk messages via WhatsApp instantly.
- Use features like Automations, Templates, and Real-time Chat Management.
