Why you'll see the name "VoidFix Solution"
VoidFix Gateway is the product. VoidFix Solution is the company behind it. You'll see the company name in a few places while you set up.
In GoHighLevel
When you connect SMS or WhatsApp to a GoHighLevel sub-account, you pick VoidFix Solution under Settings, Phone Numbers, Advanced Settings.
In the Android app
The Android app you install for SMS downloads as VoidFix Solution.apk. It's the same VoidFix Gateway app described in the device connection guide.
In legal documents
The terms and conditions, privacy policy and EULA refer to VoidFix Solution, because that's the registered company you do business with.
What we do

Everything below is in our pricing pages and terms, so you know what you're signing up for.
Flat monthly pricing
No per-message, integration or bandwidth fees. The only one-time fee is the $149 setup on the Fully Managed iMessage plan.
Try before you pay
SMS and WhatsApp come with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. iMessage is set up with our team on a call.
No contracts
Billing is monthly. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
You stay responsible for consent and opt-outs under laws like the TCPA and GDPR. The platform helps with opt-out handling, Number Warmup, Spintax and number rotation, and our team is happy to talk through good sending practice on your onboarding call.
