Integrate VoidFix Gateway with Make

VoidFix Gateway seamlessly integrates with the platforms you already use to simplify communication workflows without coding.

Prerequisite: Before establishing the Make.com, ensure that the device is properly connected to VoidFix Gateway. Refer to the documentation for detailed steps to verify the connection is working correctly.

  1. Log in to Make: Sign in to your Make (Integromat) account.
  2. Create a New Scenario:
    1. Click on Create a new scenario.
    2. Click on the + button to add a module.
  3. Select Zoho CRM Module:
    1. In the search bar, type Zoho CRM and select it.
    2. Choose the Watch Records trigger.
    3. Click on Add to connect your Zoho CRM account.
  4. Configure Zoho CRM Trigger:
    1. In the Module dropdown, select Leads.
    2. Set the Trigger to execute when a new lead is created or updated.
    3. Click OK to save the settings.
  5. Add an HTTP Module:
    1. Click on the + button to add a new module.
    2. Search for HTTP and select Make a Request.
  6. Configure the HTTP Request:
    1. In the Method dropdown, select POST.
    2. In the URL field, enter https://sms.voidfix.com/services/send.php.
    3. Under Headers, add a new header:
      • Key: Content-Type
      • Value: application/x-www-form-urlencoded
  7. Set Webhook Parameters:
    1. In the Body Type section, select Form.
    2. Add the following parameters:
      • number: Map this to the Mobile field from Zoho CRM.
      • devices: Enter 215 (your device ID).
      • key: Enter your VoidFix API Key.
      • message: Enter the message template or dynamic content.
  8. Save and Test the Scenario:
    1. Click Save to apply all configurations.
    2. Click Run Once to test the workflow.
    3. Create a new lead in Zoho CRM with a valid mobile number.
    4. Check the HTTP request logs to verify the SMS was sent.
  9. Enable Scheduling:
    1. Click on the Clock icon in Make.
    2. Set the scenario to run every 5 minutes (or as needed).
    3. Click Enable to activate the workflow.
  10. Monitor Execution:
    1. Go to the Scenario Logs section.
    2. Check the execution history for any errors.
    3. Ensure SMS messages are being sent successfully.
