Integrate VoidFix Gateway with Zoho

VoidFix Gateway seamlessly integrates with the platforms you already use to simplify communication workflows without coding.

Prerequisite: Before establishing the Zoho, ensure that the device is properly connected to VoidFix Gateway. Refer to the documentation for detailed steps to verify the connection is working correctly.

  1. Get VoidFix API Credentials: Log in to VoidFix, go to API Settings, and copy your API Key and API Endpoint URL.
  2. Log in to Zoho: Access your Zoho CRM account and ensure you have admin or automation permission.
  3. Open Workflow Rules:
    1. Go to Settings > Automation > Workflow Rules.
    2. Click Create Rule, select a module (e.g., Leads or Contacts), and define the trigger condition (e.g., "Lead Status = New").
  4. Configure the Workflow Rule:
    1. In the Rule Name field, enter Send SMS via VoidFix.
    2. In the Module dropdown, select Leads.
    3. In the Description field, enter Send an SMS when a new lead is added or updated.
    4. Click the Next button.
  5. Set Trigger Conditions:
    1. Under When to Execute the Rule, select "On a Record Action".
    2. Select "Create or Edit" as the action.
    3. Under Conditions, click on +Add Criteria.
    4. In the Field dropdown, select Mobile.
    5. In the Condition dropdown, select "is not empty".
    6. Click Next.
  6. Add a Webhook:
    1. Scroll down to the Instant Actions section.
    2. Click on Webhook.
    3. Click on Create Webhook.
  7. Configure Webhook Settings:
    1. In the Webhook Name field, enter VoidFix_SMS_Webhook.
    2. In the Select Module dropdown, choose Leads.
    3. In the URL to Notify field, enter https://sms.voidfix.com/services/send.php.
    4. In the Method dropdown, select POST.
    5. In the Application Type dropdown, select x-www-form-urlencoded.
  8. Set Webhook Parameters:
    1. Parameter Name: number → Parameter Type: Leads → Parameter Value: Mobile
    2. Parameter Name: devices → Parameter Type: Custom → Parameter Value: [215]
    3. Parameter Name: key → Parameter Type: Custom → Parameter Value: Your API Key
    4. Parameter Name: message → Parameter Type: User Defined Format → Parameter Value: Your SMS message
  9. Activate and Save the Workflow:
    1. Click on Save & Associate to link the webhook to the workflow.
    2. Click Save to activate the Workflow Rule.
  10. Test the Workflow:
    1. Go to the Leads module.
    2. Click on Create Lead and enter a valid mobile number.
    3. Click Save.
    4. The SMS should be triggered automatically.
  11. Verify Webhook Logs:
    1. Go to Settings > Developer Space > Webhooks.
    2. Click on VoidFix_SMS_Webhook.
    3. Check the logs to confirm the webhook execution.
