Limits and good practice
Plan your GHL workflows around the daily limit
iMessage lines have a daily cap on new contacts. Knowing it up front helps you size how many lines your workflows need.
50 unique contacts a day per line
The limit keeps each number healthy and within Apple's sending limits. Follow-ups in existing conversations are included in the flat price.
Add lines for more reach
If a workflow reaches 120 new leads a day, plan for three lines. Each line adds 50 unique contacts a day.
Apple users only
iMessage reaches iPhone, iPad and Mac users. For Android contacts, connect VoidFix SMS or WhatsApp to GoHighLevel as well.
Message people who expect to hear from you, include an opt-out and honour it, and follow Apple's usage policies and laws such as the TCPA and GDPR. Warmup lowers the risk of a line being restricted, but it can't prevent it if a line sends unwanted messages.

Yes. Once your line is connected, GHL workflows and automation sequences can send iMessages through it, and replies come back into GHL Conversations.
Can I set up the GoHighLevel iMessage integration myself?
iMessage is set up with the VoidFix team, not self-serve. We configure the GoHighLevel connection during your onboarding call, after your iPhone line is ready.
How many contacts can I message from GHL each day?
Each iMessage line can reach up to 50 unique contacts per day. Follow-up messages in those conversations are included. Add more lines if your workflows need more daily reach.
What happens with contacts who use Android?
iMessage only reaches Apple users. For Android contacts, use VoidFix SMS or WhatsApp, which also connect to GoHighLevel.
Do I need a Mac for iMessage in GoHighLevel?
No. Your line runs on a real iPhone, either your own or one we supply and manage, so no Mac is needed.
